In a recent interview in Mexico, Angelica Vale was asked if she had ever been discriminated in the United States and she said…
“Yes, I was once discriminated in an American airline. It feels horrible when they stare you down and you realize it is because you are not blonde with blue eyes and riding on first class. They look at you weird and that makes you feel very uncomfortable. It was during a trip from Miami to Los Angeles.”
Can’t hispanics ride on first class without been looked down at??? This pisses us off. Some things will just never change in this country- like the ignorance of some people.

Thursday, April 12th, 2007Wow! What a night… Unbelievable night for us here at El Scoop. We met our idol, the woman who’s done it all. The living legend, Angelica Maria. Brandy Presidente was kind enough to invite us to their homenaje a la gran senora Angelica Maria en el 50 aniversario de Brandy Presidente!
Wednesday night in Hollywood was all about Latinos! We hung it with Lupillo Rivera, which by the way loves ElScoopConTodo.com, Carmen Jara, Odalys Garcia, Nicholas Gonzales, Guy Ecker, Juan y Cesar from Oro Norteno, and more…
Angelica Maria alongside her beautiful daughter, Angelica Vale looked amazingly beautiful, both wearing emerald green dresses. For some reason, Angelica Maria took her poodle to the celebration. She was getting interviewed while pooch was doing el baile del perrito on the dance floor!
And the horchata with Presidente along with el mole and tamalitos sure hit the spot!
