Well, the ho that was allegedly sleeping with him for a year and a half and took the pictures is suing Oscar for fraud, defamation and infliction of emotional distress. Ok….
Oscar has denied those pictures are real, but she stands by saying that they are completely legit. She is claims she has “suffered from increased, severe levels of stress, anxiety and depression” and “has been unable to work since the incident.”
She is asking for $100 million! Ya ni la chinga!

Thursday, September 20th, 2007Mario Lopez talked to Oscar De La Hoya about the tranny pictures!
“I just spoke with Oscar about the photos and we both got a big kick out of them. He said he looked like his aunt. They are so far fetched. Clearly they are fake. When you are at the top a lot of people want to drag you down.”
He also mentions that wifey, Millie was not mad at all:
“He wasn’t upset. He was sort of laughing. His wife was teasing him that he looks better in lingerie than she does. He’s very comfortable in his own skin…he’s really not sweating it.”
Now we know took the pictures, it was Mario; they were both having one of those lonely nights together! Who knew these two were BFFs.

Thursday, September 20th, 2007“The photographs depicting Mr. De La Hoya’s image that were posted online today by an obscure paparazzi website are fake,” says De La Hoya’s attorney about these pictures!
But x17 is standing by the authencity of these photos:
“We have a statement signed by the woman who claims to have taken the photos saying that she took the images with her own camera and therefore holds the copyright. We also have the camera information intact … that fits with the seller’s story.”
Fake or not? What do you think?? Regardless, we are sure Millie wasn’t very happy with the pics. With every rumor, there is always a truth…
